Enrolment Portal Changes for 4.32

The following change has been made to the Enrolment Portal module for 4.32:

For TAFE NSW users, when enrolling or applying for a new course, a message is displayed informing learners if they are recognised as a potential existing learners and can log in (provided they can remember their login credentials).

Calls to the SRN service have been removed, and to find a match, the Enrolment Portal looks for a learner with the same Family Name and Date of Birth, or Family Name and First Given Name, or First Given Name and Date of Birth.
